    • Level 130 required.
    • Available once, no cooldown.
    • This quest is required to unlock the other two below.

    Enchantment process:

    • You cannot reset the enchants from an equipment.
    • The last enchant for Insignias (the Special Enchants) has a 30% chance to fail and destroy the accessory.
    • The enchants are random (there are no categories).
    • Enchants are applied in reverse order, from 4th slot to 2nd slot.

     

    Equipments from Fall of Glast Heim can be traded-in at OSC1198 if they've been enchanted at least once. The rates have been customized and increased to the following:

    Features

      • Halloween NPCs have left NovaRO until next year.
      • The following MVPs will now have a Green Aura along with their new skills:

      Monster Hunting

      • You can now teleport between different parts of the Wyvern using Cannons.

      • Tank Role's Fury Stacks now dispel when leaving the instance.
      • Reduced GX's Weapon Blocking activation chance from 20% to 10%.
      • Added a cooldown for Crusader's Defender of 30 seconds.
      • Changed the duration of Crusader's Defender to 15 seconds.
      • Added a cooldown for Bayeri's Stein Wand of 60 seconds.
      • Increased Steel Body's damage reduction from 10% to 17%.
      • Safety Wall HP durability is now increased by 10 folds.
      • Safety Wall will now break after 2 hits no matter the level.
      • Enabled Sense skill. Monster HP will be displayed as % of max HP. Elemental table displayed will be the correct values for MH2.
      • Fixed an issue where [Wyvern] and [Mermaid] titles could not be equipped.

      • Decard Voucher has been renamed to Reversal Voucher.
      •  Community Suggestion Added Reversal Voucher to Wise Old Lady for 1 Yellow Gemstone, 1 Star Crumb and 1 million Zeny.
      • Zeny cost for decarding reduced to 1 million Zeny.
      •  Community Suggestion Using Reversal Voucher to remove a pet costume will return the pet costume into the original pet egg used to purchase the costume.

      WoE and PvP

      • Introduced a new mode for Battlegrounds - Guardian Battle
        • Players will be split into two teams.
        • A guardian will spawn at the base of each team at the beginning of the round.
        • The objective is to destroy the enemy guardian before your guardian is destroyed.
        • Guardians do not move, but have a large attack range with a few skills.
        • Two Ballistic Archers will spawn in the middle of the map. Players may bring supplies to these Archers to launch a heavy attack at the enemy guardian.
        • The first team that destroys the enemy guardian wins the round.
        • If both guardians are still alive at the end of 8 minutes, the round will end with a tie.
      •  Siege Commissioner Removed the 30% all size physical damage modifier from Lux Anima in Battlegrounds.
      •  Siege Commissioner Halved the effectiveness of EDP to SBK in Battlegrounds.

      Can we reduce battle time of guardian battle to 5mins and whoever has more guardian hp wins instead of tie?
