      Reduces variable casting time by 3% per 2 refine rate.

      Features

      • Fixed an issue with event achievements that weren't marked as completed once their goal was reached.
      • Reduced the amount of stat points given for level 176, 177 and 178 to 31 instead of 32.
      • Added a shared cooldown between @refreshpos and @refresh.
      • Fixed a client crash when attempting to take zeny from a RODex message while outside of a town.
      • Fixed the Gilded achievement not being given even after gathering all the required hats.
      • Due to a change with the achievement points, some people have been missing rank achievements. Upon login on, these will be automatically fixed.
      • Reduced the respawn timer of Tendrilion from 1h to instant.
      • Reduced the respawn timer of Hardrock Mammoth from 10h to 4h.
      • Removed consumable option from the KotD Rewards NPC.
      • Fixed an issue with titles where if you had too many, it was impossible to choose one.
      • Fixed the Bakonawa Lake cooldown not being applied at the right time and affecting party members that weren't inside the instance.
      •  Community Suggestion Expanded the western save point of Malaya with additional NPCs.
      Skills
      • Shadow Trampling now removes the Chase Walk status.

      • Ground skills can no longer be placed on top of walls.

      • Earth Strain's initial setup can no longer go through walls (it can still go through shootable walls however).

      • Gravitation Field can no longer be reflected.

      • Gravitation Field can no longer damage hidden players.

      • Updated Throw Kunai:

        • Removed after-cast delay.

        • Added 0.2 second cooldown.

      • Updated Throw Huuma Shuriken:

        • Reduced cast time from 2.4 second to 1 second.

        • Reduced after-cast delay from 2 second to 0.5 second.

        • Reduced fixed cast time from 0.6 second to 0.5 second.

      • Updated Vanishing Slash:

        • Removed after-cast delay.

        • Added 0.5 second cooldown.

      • Updated Lightning Strike of Destruction:

        • Reduced variable cast time from 3.2 second to 1.7 second.

        • Reduced fixed cast time from 0.8 second to 0.3 second.

      • Fixed an issue with magical skills missing in PVP when the target has a high magic defense.

      • Fixed an issue with Reverberation applying very high damage depending on the number of targets nearby.

      • Fixed Round Trip's attack range.

      Items

      • Added the fire property magical damage bonus to Hellfire Staff.
      • Added the holy property magical damage bonus to Icicle Staff.
      • The movement speed for Speed Potion and Guyak Pudding will no longer be affected by Decrease Agi, Quagmire or Don't Forget Me.
      • Silent Executor can no longer be refined. All currently refined items will be changed back to 0. 
      • Super Novices can now wear Ninja Manual, Gunslinger Manual and Taekwon Manual.
      • Added equipment slot to Illusion Fancy Flower.
      • Fixed an issue with Illusion Pole Axe not properly reducing Hundred Spear's cooldown.

      What about the ASPD? And the dex reduction? And potion aspd remove

      The manuals for Super Novice are character bound and can only be obtained when we're Novice, what do we do ?

      Can admin decrease amount Cold Holy Waters, Medicinal Bags,Pretty Little Candles,Small Flashlights craft Illusion item and Demonic Essences drop other monster because this amount and  Demonic Essences drop by MVP , i think unfair everybody , i am fan illusion item but i can't craft anything like amount

      As we stated on a previous devblog,

       

      These are the official rates. We definitely plan on revisiting item requirements sometime in the future. Expect similar changes to how it was done to previous Illusion Dungeons.
