Glad to see the mado-update!

 

Why is it behind an alt-outfit voucher though? I was always under the impression that the mechanic job-sprite is *under* the mado (unfortunately) not the mado itself.

Maybe I just got that one wrong, but it'd be sad if this was a precedence for any upcoming cosmetic update (185 alt-sprites were fair imho because we had them before they became suddenly official on kRO).

It was done like this so players could still choose to keep the old Mech outfit if they preferred it, also so you could use Alternative outfits while using the new Madogear (BS and WS outfits.) And this is just how Alternative outfits are handled here on NovaRO. (be aware things like halter leads are not considered Alternative Outfits, so the new Rebel bike when it hits kRO it will also come to NovaRO without the NP cost.)

Any estimative for when we are getting the updated skill animations/skill effects for, well, almost every job? (RK, GX, AB, WL, Ranger, Sorc, Sura, Performers, Mechanic, Genetic, Shadow Chaser)
I know it requires a client update, just wondering if we will get it in the future.

A new client is definitely on our future plans but, as you may know, it is a massive undertaking. Due to that, we cannot really confirm any dates or ETAs.

However, the new animations will *most likely* arrive when the new client does or soon after.
