    • Guyak Pudding usage is now tracked in WoE.
    • RWC Accessories:
      • As time has gone by, new, better accessories have been introduced to the server. Due to these alternatives becoming more available, we felt that the old price of these RWC Accessories was no longer appropriate for their relative value. We've decided to decrease the cost of the various steps of the RWC Accessory progression, as well as unbind them entirely.
        • 2,500 Siege Tokens to buy each accessory -> 1,100 Siege Tokens to buy each accessory.
        • 4,000 Siege Tokens to add a slot -> 1,600 Siege Tokens + 1,250 Valor Badges.
        • 1,000 Siege Tokens to enchant -> 100 Siege Tokens + 200 Valor Badges.
        • 4,000 Siege Tokens to enchant safely -> 500 Siege Tokens + 1,000 Valor Badges.
        • 1,750 Siege Tokens + 550 Valor Badges to reset your enchants  -> 300 Siege Tokens + 250 Valor Badges.
        • All RWC Rings and Pendants will become unbound.
    • Movement Changes in BG:
      • We've begun a trial period where all movement skills will be disabled in Battlegrounds.
      • We encourage all players to please try these changes out and offer feedback in this thread after trying them for a while:
      • Initially, we were going to apply the changes to all Battlegrounds modes, but after having a lengthy discussion with more players, we decided to localize the changes to the following two modes:
        • Krieger von Midgard: One of the major reasons for choosing KvM as one of the modes for this test is the common occurrence of the last Sura standing stalling the round for several minutes with no hope of winning.
        • Stone Control: This mode chosen due to the excessive mobility of these skills giving an overwhelming advantage in catching other players who are attempting to return stones, as well as being about to reach the objectives at a much faster rate than anyone else.
      • We know that a lot of players feel that the disabling of every movement skill in BG is excessive, and many people are advocating for changes in cooldown to individual skills. While we're not entirely closed off to the idea, such a project would be much larger, and would get us into the realm of "custom balancing" the classes in Battlegrounds. The arguments over which skills should be getting these custom cooldowns and which should not would be never-ending. This is why we opted for the much cleaner solution of equally hitting every movement skill, rather than individually deciding which classes get hit with custom cooldowns and which don't.
      • Please note that these changes to movement skills are experimental in nature, and the idea is to get player feedback on how Battlegrounds feels after these changes have taken effect. We are still open to considering other solutions, but we felt it worthwhile to give this change a try.

    I'm glad the staff is fast at picking up the skill changes and updates. You guys are doing a great job in that.

     

    But I, for one, even as a sorc main, feel that this trial is a bit too excessive. However, I hope its "temporary" element does not take too long to evaluate the current state of suras and chasers in the competitive scene of this server. I wouldn't like Suras and Chasers being stripped off what their signature skills are.

    It most likely isn't anymore. I didn't see the skill type was forcibly set in the source, which is why it's still considered a melee skill. I'll go ahead and test it on kRO tomorrow!

    I think shield weight wont affect the formula anymore, or maybe just a little bit of it.

     

    the difference between +10 Cross Shield and +9 Mad Bunny ( weight 0 ) is too small

    it is just 30% shield chain damage bonus instead of weight.

     

    i can get 600k with gloomy shyness, without insignia  / deluge etc buff

    but it is still physical attack,

    so Meh.

    Good update for offensive RG builds, shield chain damage seems to effectively double haha. real nicee ^_^
