    Features

    • Players using the standard client will now be able to enter the Eden Market. Note that some NPCs will still be unavailable.
    • Added @go 52 which takes you to the Eden Market. (You can also use @go paramk, @go pmarket, @go emarket)
    • Blocked Selling and Buying chats in both Eden and Prontera. We recommend players set up those chats in the Eden Market. (@go 52)
    • Fixed an issue where @alootid profiles could not be saved.
    • Fixed the issues with Union Minor Seth.
    • Moved the Eden Board Eraser to the second floor.
    • Blocked off some cells around a few NPCs in the Main Office and Eden. More will receive the same treatment later.
    • Fixed an issue where the Alternate Weeklies NPC was incorrectly giving an MH Weekly.
      • This NPC should only be giving players quests that reward Endeavor Tokens.
    • Fixed the proc chance of the Drain Soul enchant.

    Monster Hunting

    • Reverted our customizations to Cross Impact. It now deals normal damage and has its normal cooldown.
      • Dash effect remains disabled just like all other movement skills.
    • Garronath's Wind Shield mechanic will take precedence over zone moving.
    • Notes for Nysori's Siren Song mechanic should not spawn in unreachable positions.
    • Added a 20 seconds cooldown for Slim Potion Pitcher.
    • Reduced cooldown for Potion Pitcher from 60 seconds to 20 seconds.
    • Flip Tatami now works similar to Pneuma when blocking monster mechanic skills.
    • Fixes Sleep and Dizzy sometimes having near-infinite duration.
    • Set Sleepring and Dizzyring are now correctly affected by diminishing returns.

    Skills

    • Performer songs will no longer play once per player, so using them in a full party will no longer make your ears bleed.
    • Updated Provoke to accurately reflect its official effect. The damage boost is now much stronger.

    War of Emperium and Battlegrounds

    • Changed the way Battlegrounds begin once more to give people enough time to buff up.
    • Fixed an issue where King of Emperium's long hold was being calculated incorrectly.

It may be prudent to go back to our reply and re-read what was said in the suggestion to enable the healer role for genetics. This change is simply a bug fix to potion pitcher's previously intended 60 second cooldown which was explained here:

    Changed Status to Fixed

    Thanks for the report.

Actually, it is intentional for the pot pitchers not to be reduced by this heal penalty. This mirrors how RO treats pot pitcher and priest heals generally, as they see the heal coming from the potion rather than a "heal" skill... yeah it's kinda confusing.

However, we applied a cooldown to pot pitcher (60s) that should also have been applied to slim pot pitcher but we missed it. We have applied this cooldown to slim pot pitcher as well, and we have reduced the cooldown from 60s to 20s for both.

As we said before, we are actively working to expand the healing role, but that will be done by making sure that classes have an arrangement of different types of abilities such as heals over time, shields, and various other supportive-type abilities as a complete tool-kit, not just one on demand healing ability which was not working as intended.

As I mentioned and can be easily seen by the fact that Potion Pitcher already had a 60 second cooldown, this skill not having a cooldown was an oversight. For now, we've also reduced the cooldown we would have given to the skill (60 seconds to 20 seconds), but note that we will indeed still work on improving the Healer role as a whole (as mentioned in the suggestion below), but for the time being, this is a minor bug fix for the sake of consistency.

Here's a link to the post that was made about the healing role expansion:

As far as the Cross Impact change goes, as we said before we are also working towards reverting skill changes that we have placed over time whenever appropriate and we decided it was the time to revert CI to it's official behavior

What about EDP, then? This CI nerf is just like the SBK nerf all over again: wasting the time and zeny people spent on their gear. Reverting the EDP nerf (or even buffing it a little from the nerfed values) should be enough to compensate for the CI change though.

It's something that we're keeping a close eye on and is on the table but we are first analyzing the data that we've amassed to make a concrete decision.

I'm aware though, that reverting EDP will mean that the SBK build with EDDA daggers could be way too good again, which I believe was the main target for the nerf in the first place. But if other builds/jobs can achieve the DPS that the build does, would you still consider that problematic?

As was stated long ago when the change was made, the EDP nerf was not apply solely because of SBK, it was accounting for the ability and the class as a whole. The data that we have is looking at all jobs not just GX's but we ask for some patience in-order to potentially make a change that is appropriate.
