Gene is designed to be an expensive class anyways and using homuns technically requires more mental effort on the owners part. The additional cost and timer stops people from mindless use of homuns and actually needs to consider them in gameplay. Technically also preparing us for more slaves care of Biolo PS. Blood Sucker is weird as it applies to *some* skills (doesn't seem to work with Hells Plant too but needs checking)
