Reboot your stuff once you install and try to run as admin your program.

i've tried, what u said, but still its not working.... i reinstall then install, then reboot,then run as administrator then same prob....

Try to install all of them from this link:

(best that you uninstall the current one you have and install from the link above)

Eh administrator didn't work? Uninstall the novaro, reboot, install it on other drive than C://

This issue is generally caused by your Microsoft .NET Framework not being up to date or being corrupted I suggest reinstalling Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and then trying to run the game. If this doesn't work there isn't much more we can do about the issue as it's an issue with your machine/windows.
