The Sorcerer is a 3rd job class and the final upgrade to Sages. Sorcerers use their unique skills to manipulate the elements and the surrounding environment to their advantage. They provide excellent defensive and offensive support in PVM parties, and capable of solo farming in high-end dungeons. Their AoE skills and utility skills can be devastating in PVP, BG, and WoE environment. Additionally, they can be built as a powerful melee magic damage dealer by utilizing skills like Spell Fist, Double Casting, and Auto Spell. To put it briefly, Sorcerer is one of the most versatile magic-oriented job class.

STR (Strength): Increases Weight Limit and slightly reduces the duration of Sorcerers’ Vacuum Extreme debuff.

AGI (Agility): Both an offensive and a defensive stat. Raises ASPD, Animation delay and flee rate. 100 AGI gives immunity against Bleeding and Sleep statuses, also reduces the duration of Masquerades.

INT (Intelligence): Increases MATK by +1.5 per point, decreases Cast time, raises SP pool and regeneration. Also gives immunity to Silence, helps with Sleep, Deep Sleep and Oblivion Curse duration.

VIT (Vitality): Increases MaxHP, Soft DEF, and Soft MDEF. Also increases resistance against some debuffs (e.g. Stun, Poison, Burning).

DEX (Dexterity): Primary stat to reduce Cast time, also raises your ASPD and mATK by 1/5 therefore it is ideal to have your DEX at multiples of 5.

LUK (Luck): Every 3 points of LUK gives an additional +1 ATK/mATK, which makes it a very viable option to gain some mATK at later levels. Raising your INT from 120 to 130 would require you to use 340 stat points and would net you +15 mATK, while raising LUK from 1 to 30 would cost you only 86 stat points, and raise your mATK by +10. Glass Cannon and damage oriented builds usually have 30 or 60 LUK, depending on the player's taste. LUK slightly increases resistance against some debuffs and reduces the duration of debuffs (e.g. Frozen, Sleep, Stone Curse, Genetic’s Mandragora Howling).

Deals 80 ~ 170% MATK Ghost property damage to an enemy and 3x3 radius around them.
12.png Safety Wall Supportive Creates a barrier on the ground that blocks all melee physical attacks, lasting 5 ~ 50 seconds, or until it blocks 3 ~ 11 hits, or until it receives a hit that exceeds its durability (Caster's MaxHP * 3). Can not be cast next to Pneuma.

Inflicts 110% ~ 200% MATK Water property magic damage to a target with a 38% ~ 65% chance to leave them frozen. Frozen enemies are immobile, unable to act and turn to Water 1 element.
16.png Stone Curse Debuff Attempts to petrify targets at a 24% ~ 60% chance. Successfully petrified targets will be unable to attack and cast skills for a few seconds, then become immobile and turn to Earth 1 element. Re-casting the skill on a succesfully petrified enemy will cancel the effect.

Launch a Fire Ball at a target enemy, dealing 160% ~ 340% MATK Fire property magic damage in a 5x5 radius around them.

Creates a 1x3 wall of flame on the ground for 5~14 seconds, that deals 50% Fire property magic damage for a maximum of 3~12 hits upon contact and pushes them back by 2 cells. Undead and Boss monsters take all hits at once and are not affected by the knock back of this skill. A maximum of three fire walls can be created at the same time.

Applies Weapon Mastery ATK (+3 ~ +30 ATK) and increases ASPD by 0.5% ~ 5% when using Book type weapons.

  • Max Level: 5
Cancels a skill before it finishes casting, and retains 10% ~ 90% of its SP cost.
276.png Magic Rod Active
  • Max Level: 5
Absorbs single target magic spells for the duration of Magic Rod (0.4 sec ~ 1.2 sec), and restore your SP (20% ~ 100% of SP cost of spells absorbed). If Magic Rod is used to counter an enemy's Spell Breaker, the user will absorb 20% of the enemy's MaxSP. Is canceled if user moves.

  • Target: Enemy
Interrupts an enemy's skill casting, and absorb a portion of the SP cost (0% ~ 100%) to restore your SP. At max level, Spell Breaker will inflict 2% of the enemy's MaxHP as damage, and absorbs half of it. The success rate of this skill against Boss monsters is 10%. Prerequisite for Dispell.

  • Max Level: 10
Allows the user to walk and perform attacks while casting spells. Higher skill level increases movement speed (30% ~ 75%) and ASPD (55% ~ 100%).

Enables you to choose a spell you have learned, and temporarily autocast that spell while physically attacking. Higher skill level increases duration of Auto Spell (2 minutes ~ 6 minutes 30 seconds) and chance of autocast (7% ~ 25%). When under the effect of 449.png Sage Spirit, the user will always autocast the highest level Bolt skill they have learned through Auto Spell. Prerequisite for Abracadabra.

While inside Volcano's AoE, recasting Volcano or casting Deluge or Violent Gale will not consume Gemstones. Prerequisite for Land Protector.

While standing on Deluge, enables casting of Aqua Benedicta and Water Ball. Casting Wall of Fog on top of Deluge will double the duration of Wall of Fog. While inside Deluge's AoE, recasting Deluge or casting Volcano or Violent Gale will not consume Gemstones. Prerequisite for Land Protector.

Deals Earth property magic damage (100% MATK) on a target. Higher skill level increases number of hits (1 ~ 5 hits), cast time, and SP cost. Earth Spike is not affected by Double Casting and cannot be used with Spell Fist. Prerequisite for Heaven's Drive.

Deals Earth property magic damage (125% MATK) in a 5x5 AoE. Higher skill level increases number of hits (1 ~ 5 hits), cast time, and SP cost.

Reveals a monster's detailed information, including its remaining HP and SP, elemental property, size, and race. If the user is in a party, all party members will also see the target's information.

402.png Mind Breaker Offensive
  • Max Level: 5
  • Target: Enemy
Reduce a target's Soft MDEF (-12% ~ 60%) and increase their MATK (+20% ~ +100%). Higher skill level increases the success rate (60% ~ 80%), Cast Delay (0.8 sec ~ 1.2 sec), and SP cost. Does not work on Boss protocol and Undead property enemies.
375.png Soul Burn Offensive
  • Max Level: 5
  • Target: Enemy
Drain all SP from a single target. Higher skill level increases the success rate (40% ~ 70%). At max level, Soul Burn also inflicts magic damage at twice the amount of SP drained. If Soul Burn fails, the user receives damage.
404.png Wall of Fog Support
  • Max Level: 1
  • Target: Ground
Generates a 5x3 AoE fog on the ground that will remain for 20 seconds, and inflicts Blind on enemies inside it. Single target skills aimed at anyone inside the fog will have 75% chance to miss. Ranged attacks and skills aimed at anyone inside the fog will have their damage reduced by 75% and Hit rate reduced by 50. Casting Wall of Fog on top of Deluge will double the duration of Wall of Fog.
374.png Soul Change Support/Recovery

Exchanges the target's current SP and the user's SP. Hold Shift to use Soul Change on party members. Can be cast once on monsters to recover 3% of Max SP.
373.png Health Conversion Support/Recovery
  • Max Level: 5
Consume 10% MaxHP to restore the user's SP. SP restored is based on HP consumed, and the efficiency is increased with higher skill level. Health Conversion cannot be cast if the user has 0 SP.
403.png Memorize Self Buff
  • Max Level: 1
Reduces the Variable Cast Time of the next 5 skills by 50%. Does not apply to autocast skills.
482.png Double Casting Self Buff
  • Max Level: 5
Enables 19.png Fire Bolt, 14.png Cold Bolt, and 20.png Lightning Bolt to be cast twice at a certain chance for 90 seconds. Higher skill level increases chance of double casting (40% ~ 80%). Double Casting also affects 279.png Auto Spell, scrolls, and other autocast skills.
405.png Spider Web Immobilize
  • Max Level: 1
  • Target: Enemy
Consume 1 Cobweb and shoots it at a target to immobilize it and reduce its Flee by 50 for 8 seconds. If the trapped target is hit by Fire property attack, it will receive 250% more damage and will be released from Spider Web.

Cast a ground targeting spell that deals Neutral property magic damage every 0.5 seconds, lasting 1.5 seconds ~ 3.5 seconds, in 7x7 ~ 11x11 AoE. Psychic Wave damage is increased with higher skill level, higher Base Level, and higher INT. Having a Lv 2 Elemental Spirit on Passive Mode will endow Psychic Wave with the respective element of the Spirit and increase the SP cost of the spell.

Cast a ground targeting spell that deals Water property magic damage in 7x7 ~ 9x9 AoE, and has a chance to inflict Crystallization on enemies hit. Higher skill level increases Diamond Dust damage, chance of inflicting Crystallization (10% ~ 30%), duration of Crystallization (12 sec ~ 20 sec), cast time, and SP cost. Diamond Dust damage is increased with higher skill level, INT, 281.png Frost Weapon skill level, Base Level, and 2458.png Summon Aqua Lv 2 on Passive Mode. Prerequisite for Summon Aqua.

Killing Cloud deals Poison property magic damage (40% ~ 200% MATK) 3 times per second and will inflict Poison on enemies inside the AoE. Killing Cloud damage is increased with higher Base Level and 2460.png Summon Tera Lv 2 on Passive Mode. Higher skill level increases the cast time, skill duration (8 sec ~ 16 sec), and SP cost.

Only works on a Poisoned target. Detonates a Poisoned target, cancelling Poison status from the target and deals Poison property magic damage (1300% ~ 2500% MATK) in a 3x3 AoE. Does not affect Poison property enemies. Poison Burst damage is increased with higher Base Level and 2460.png Summon Tera Lv 2 on Passive Mode.

Generate an electrifying trail as the caster walks, which will inflict Wind property magic damage (60% ~ 300% MATK) on enemies that step on the trail. Higher skill level increases the length of trail (8 ~ 16 cells). Higher Base Level increases the trail's damage. Electric Walk is enhanced by 2459.png Summon Ventus Lv 2 on Passive Mode.

  • Max Level: 5
Using Spell Fist while in the middle of casting 19.png Fire Bolt, 14.png Cold Bolt, or 20.png Lightning Bolt will transfer the bolt's magic power to the caster's hands. The caster is temporarily able to inflict magic damage (base damage 50% ~ 250% MATK) with regular attacks. Higher skill level increases number of hits (2 ~ 6 hits), duration of Spell Fist (20 sec ~ 40 sec), and SP cost. Higher Bolt level also increases Spell Fist damage. Spell Fist is considered melee magical damage.

  • Target: Ally
Temporarily increases Equipment ATK and Critical Rate (+1 ~ +5) of a single target, while draining the target's SP every second (Drain 5 SP ~ 1 SP per second). Higher weapon level and higher Striking level increases ATK bonus. Striking's ATK bonus is increased with higher level 280.png Flame Launcher, 281.png Frost Weapon, 282.png Lightning Loader, and 283.png Seismic Weapon.
2452.png Warmer Active/Recovery

  • Target: Ground
Generates warm energy in a 7x7 AoE that removes Frozen, Freezing, and Crystallization from targets within it. Warmer restores 1% ~ 5% of an entity's MaxHP every 3 seconds, will stay for 40 ~ 60 seconds, and has 35 ~ 55 seconds cooldown. Warmer's effectiveness is increased with 2457.png Summon Agni Lv 2 on Passive Mode. Prerequisite for Arrullo, Summon Agni.

  • Max Level: 5
  • Target: Ground
Consume 1 Yellow Gemstone to inflict Deep Sleep in 3x3 ~ 7x7 AoE. Higher skill level increases chance of inflicting Deep Sleep (20% ~ 40%), duration of Deep Sleep (8 sec ~ 16 sec), and SP cost. Chance of inflicting Deep Sleep is affected by caster's INT, Job Level, target's INT, and target's LUK. Duration of Deep Sleep is affected by target's Base Level and INT. While in Deep Sleep, a target cannot chat, will recover 2% HP/SP every second, and will receive 1.5x more damage from the next attack that hits them.
2453.png Vacuum Extreme Immobilizing

Creates a vacuum on the ground that immobilizes enemies within 3x3 ~ 7x7 AoE. Higher skill level increases the cast time, SP cost, and base duration (4 sec ~ 12 sec). Duration of Vacuum Extreme is affected by target's STR.

Synthesize elemental stones. Prerequisite for Elemental Control.

Level 1 breaks stones ( Flame Heart , Mystic Frozen , Rough Wind , Great Nature ) into 6 ~ 10 ores.

Level 2 merges ores ( Red Blood , Crystal Blue , Wind of Verdure , Green Live ) into stones.

2456.png Elemental Control Spirit Control
  • Max Level: 4
Changes the elemental spirit's mode. Recasting Elemental Control for the same mode will set elemental spirit to Idle Mode. While in Idle Mode, the elemental spirit will regain 2% HP/SP every 3 seconds. Prerequisite for Elemental Shield, Elemental Sympathy.

Level 1: Passive.

Level 2: Defensive.

Level 3: Offensive.

Level 4: Dismisses the spirit.

2463.png Elemental Sympathy Passive (Spirit)
  • Max Level: 5
Increase the spirit's MaxHP and MaxSP (+5% ~ 25%), spirit's ATK and MATK (+25 ~ +125), and reduce SP cost of Summon skills. Prerequisite for Elemental Cure.

Order the elemental spirit to use its offensive skill on a target of your choosing.
2464.png Elemental Cure Active/Recovery
  • Max Level: 1
Consume 10% of the caster's HP and SP to restore the elemental spirit's HP and SP for the same amount. Elemental Cure will fail if the caster has less than 10% HP/SP.

  • Max Level: 5
Consume 1 Blue Gemstone and sacrifice currently active elemental spirit to create magical barriers (Safety Wall and Pneuma) on the cells where the caster and all party mambers are standing in. Higher skill level extends the barrier's duration.
2457.png Summon Agni Spirit Summoning
  • Max Level: 3
Consume 3 ~ 6 Red Blood or 1 Flame Heart to summon the fire spirit, Agni. Agni will remain for 10 minutes ~ 20 minutes. Prerequisite for Fire Insignia.

Summon Agni Lv 1 on Passive Mode will enhance 19.png Fire Bolt and 18.png Fire Wall.

Summon Agni Lv 2 on Passive Mode will enhance 2443.png Fire Walk, 2452.png Warmer, and endow 2449.png Psychic Wave with Fire property.

2458.png Summon Aqua Spirit Summoning
  • Max Level: 3
Consume 3 ~ 6 Crystal Blue or 1 Mystic Frozen to summon the water spirit, Aqua. Aqua will remain for 10 minutes ~ 20 minutes. Prerequisite for Water Insignia.

Summon Aqua Lv 1 on Passive Mode will enhance 14.png Cold Bolt and 15.png Frost Diver.

Summon Aqua Lv 2 on Passive Mode will enhance 2447.png Diamond Dust and endow 2449.png Psychic Wave with Water property.

2459.png Summon Ventus Spirit Summoning
  • Max Level: 3
Consume 3 ~ 6 Wind of Verdure or 1 Rough Wind to summon the wind spirit, Ventus. Ventus will remain for 10 minutes ~ 20 minutes. Prerequisite for Wind Insignia.

Summon Ventus at any level on Passive Mode will increase ASPD by 5 and reduce Fixed Cast Time by 1 second.

Summon Ventus Lv 1 on Defensive Mode will significantly increase caster's movement speed.

Summon Ventus Lv 2 on Passive Mode will enhance 2444.png Electric Walk, 2454.png Varetyr Spear, and endow 2449.png Psychic Wave with Wind property.
