The Genetic (Gene) is the 3rd job class of Alchemists. Genetics are powerful damage dealers, capable of dealing heavy ranged damage to mobs of enemies using 2477.png Cart Cannon. They also have access to special consumables to help them and others such as +20 STAT foods and new potions.
